Payments can be made in cash or cheque written to "Total Voice Control" which is operating as tvcAutomation.

All prices are in Canadian funds and include freight and duties. tvcAutomation reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Free delivery in City of Greater Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Contact tvcAutomation for shipping costs outside of Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

Problems regarding to shipments (shortage, damage, incorrect item, etc.) must be reported within 4 working days upon receipt of goods. Items may be returned for credit within 20 days of purchase.

One year limited parts & labour warranty or manufacturer's warranty whichever specified. Limited warranty does not extend to products that are physically damaged or damaged under abnormal operating conditions as a result of mis-use, mis-handling or improper installation on the Buyer's/ User's part.

All goods remain the property of tvcAutomation until fully paid. All returned cheques are subject to $40.00 handling fee.
